High School Esports Program
Empowering Tomorrow’s Talent, Today Our High School Esports Program is a 6-year, fully accredited curriculum designed to introduce students aged 13–18 to both the gameplay and career pathways of the esports industry. Structured across 12 modules, it blends in-game fundamentals with non-player roles such as coaching, media, event management, and business—while also developing transferable real-life skills like leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking. Delivered in a hybrid format, students complete interactive eCourses on our LMS and participate in guided in-person sessions featuring scrimmages, activities, and review discussions. Each module concludes with an intra-school tournament, and top performers can advance to inter-school competitions hosted by Squid Academy. Assessment includes quizzes, facilitator evaluations, and personal development reflections ensuring well-rounded growth in both gaming and life. University Esports Program
The University Esports Program offers two accredited pathways Esports Business Fundamentals (1-credit) and the Esports Business Accelerator (3-credit) designed to immerse students in the business, operations, and media side of competitive gaming. These flexible, credit-worthy offerings blend esports with entrepreneurship, event management, marketing, and finance, creating a powerful experiential learning platform. Each course uses a hybrid model: pre-recorded lectures from esports professionals paired with faculty-led workshops. Students gain hands-on skills by planning and executing real tournaments learning sponsorship strategy, team logistics, live production, and more. Whether launching a quick elective or a full business immersion, the program ensures students graduate with portfolio-ready, career-relevant experience. Pro Program
The Pro Program is a continuous, subscription-based training pathway for aspiring esports athletes, hosted in dedicated Esports Pods. It launches with a focus on Valorant led by pro coach Ryou “MoonChopper” Nishiyama (ex-MAD Lions, Cloud9) but will soon expand to include other top competitive titles. Each session blends advanced game mechanics, scrims, VOD reviews, and holistic modules covering mental resilience, wellness, branding, and more. With flexible daily, weekly, and monthly plans, students can train up to 72 hours/month. Whether you’re building a foundation or chasing mastery, this is where serious players level up. Where Wellness Meets Esports The Mind Your Game Program is Squid Academy’s proprietary wellness-focused module, designed to cultivate healthier gaming habits among students and educators. Built specifically for integration into esports training and school environments, it promotes mental resilience, lifestyle balance, and responsible gaming. Structured into short, high-impact modules, the program covers topics such as gaming addiction, mindfulness, emotional regulation, sleep hygiene, screen-time habits, and healthy routines.
