We’re excited to share that Nik Turner has been appointed as Squid Academy’s new Senior Esports Education Advisor. Nik brings a wealth of experience from his extensive work in esports education within the UK, where he developed a range of courses that bridge the gap between academic rigor and the dynamic world of esports.
Nik’s previous roles, including his impactful contributions at Pearson and leadership within the Esports Trade Association, have positioned him as a key figure in the evolution of esports education. His vision aligns seamlessly with our mission at Squid Academy to nurture the next generation of esports talent.
On joining the team, Nik stated, “I was impressed with Squid Academy’s clear vision… I’m delighted to help develop the program further.” His expertise will undoubtedly enhance our curriculum and expand our reach in Southeast Asia and beyond.
